The Datasets are collections of data, managed by NFIB and provided in a number of machine-readable formats. NFIB provides you with access to the Datasets free of charge subject to the terms of this agreement (these “Dataset Terms”). Use of data derived from the Datasets, which may appear in formats such as tables and charts, is also subject to these Dataset Terms. By using this Website and the Datasets contained therein, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Dataset Terms. If you do not want to agree to the Dataset Terms, you must not access or use this Website or the Datasets contained therein.
